Do Not Copy/Sharing Guidelines:
Print samples offered in this group may be shared for gathering interest with the watermark clearly in view. Please don't crop the images. Any reproduction of original artwork is strictly prohibited. We pay for the use of some artwork and create our own artwork.
Printing Method and Fabric Content:
Fabric is digitally printed with high quality reactive dyes. Specific content can be found in our fabric base descriptions under our FAQs section. Our fabrics are CPSC compliant, if you need a copy of the certification, please email your request to email@example.com. When you order multiple yards, we always try to ship as continuous yardage. There are times when this is not possible but it is not an issue most of the time.
Please note: Digitally printed custom fabric may have flaws close to the selvage (within 5"), and/or tiny white dots throughout the fabric. We will not issue refunds or discounts for this if the flaw is smaller than a dime. It is not likely that you will receive fabric with any flaws outside the norm, but we may miss one from time to time.
If you have any issues with an order once it is received, please send us an email within 7 days of receiving the fabric.
Please do not combine preorder & retail orders. If a preorder & retail order is combined, the retail will automatically be held until the preorder is ready to ship.
Please double check your shipping address when placing your order. We ship to the address that is provided- no exceptions.
We offer a 10% (not including shipping charges) bulk discount when you order 5 yards or more of the same fabric design & base (solids & sale fabrics not applicable for the bulk discount). Once you have placed your order for the 5+ yards, you will be refunded 10% for that fabric. Please allow us 24 hours to issue the refund.
Estimated production for each preorder fabric is 6-10 weeks from when the preorder closes and will be shipped from the printer to us. Our goal is to have all fabric packaged and shipped within a week of arrival to us.
Retail fabric ships within 3-5 business days.
Solid Color Cotton Lycra fabrics ship within 1-2 weeks.
In the event that a Retail Fabric oversells, we will issue a refund for that fabric before shipping your order.
For all issues, contact Ashley at firstname.lastname@example.org immediately BEFORE washing or cutting.
Refunds/replacements/discounts will be offered within 1 week of receiving your fabric for any of the following reasons:
1) Your fabric has undisclosed flaws NOT along the selvage/within 2" of selvage that are larger than a dime.
2) The amount of fabric you receive is less than what you ordered (within reason).
*We do not refund any fabric that has been made into items or cut from the original amount that you received.
Refunds are available for 1 week only. Please email us if you have an issue and use the Facebook group as a last resort for expressing concerns. We do not cover return shipping to us which is needed for a replacement or refund (excluding missing fabric). We normally try to offer all 3 options but replacement may not always be available. We do NOT cover packages that say delivered (excluding if your package was delivered but is missing fabric).
We do not cancel orders once they are placed. If you order has an error, please contact us within 24 hours and we will correct the order.
All digital orders are FINAL SALE
Important: Damage caused by USPS or Canada Post are not our responsibility. We will do everything to secure your package properly before leaving our hands. If you wish to purchase shipping insurance, please leave a note on your purchase and you will be invoiced for it. Canada Post and USPS provide $100 of insurance. Please keep in mind that we are not responsible for packages once they are shipped.
Any PayPal dispute filed without first contacting the us in an attempt to reach a resolution will result in all current orders being cancelled/refunded and the immediate removal from the Facebook group.
